Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Arrow Safety. No returns due to covid19 period.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in new condition. Your return MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA) which you can get by contacting us directly by email at Sales@arrowsafetycanada.com or by phone at: 1-833-448-9380 by fax at: 1-833-452-4289
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

The RA number must appear on the outside of the packaging and referenced on all paperwork accompanying the product. Please note Arrow Safety is not responsible for goods that are damaged during return transit to our facility.
Due to COVID-19, disinfecting sprays, hand sanitizer, face shields, and KN95 Face Masks or other PPE products are non-returnable and not subject to our standard Return Policy.
All sales are final and orders are not cancelable.
All returns that qualify for a refund will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
The cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund. A memo will be issued to you via email referencing your original order notifying you of your return and refund status.

All items that we ship are in new and unused condition unless otherwise explicitly stated in their online product description (e.g. demo product, refurbished product). If a package is delivered to you in a damaged state, you have the option of refusing delivery. Should you choose to accept any shipment of damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the return shipment of the damaged item(s). In either case, please leave the product and any packaging in the form that you received it. Following either refusal of the delivery or a facilitated return, we will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement of your item(s) as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that you receive your order and the contents do not match those outlined in your order confirmation e-mail, please contact Arrow Safety Canada immediately via the telephone numbers or e-mail address listed above. We'll work to get you the right product as quickly as possible and arrange for return shipment of the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you.
2.0 Arrow Safety Canada Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Times
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or replacement value (insured shipments). You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.
Most orders will ship within 1–2 business days. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Though we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Arrow Safety Canada cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The shipment method of “Leave at Door” means your package will be left on your doorstep or delivered to your post office box. There is no liability offered with this service and Arrow Safety Canada will accept no responsibility should your package be listed as delivered (via tracking number) but you can’t locate it. If you wish for a more secure delivery method, please select Signature Required.

3.0 Arrow Safety Canada Data Policy
We take your privacy very seriously and strive to securely protect any and all personal information entrusted to us.
Arrow Safety Canada protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, an industry-standard sha256 SSL. SSL encrypts all of the information you provide to us during your session and prevents unauthorized third parties from viewing any transaction data during transit.
Credit Card Security
Arrow Safety Canada does not store your credit card information and we use a third party software that is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. This means your credit card information is protected through a variety of means recommended by the payment card industry, including but not limited to the implementation of firewalls, passwords, encrypted data transmission and storage, anti-virus detection software, regular patches, and policies that restrict access to customer data.
Online Account Security
Arrow Safety Canada leverages a third-party software system by a Canadian eCommerce company headquartered in Ottawa, ON. All customer and wholesale account data are securely stored on servers located exclusively in North American data centres.
Data Breach Remediation
Arrow Safety Canada takes all practical steps possible to protect your data. However, it is impossible to predict and prevent all potential attempts to compromise user data.
Should a breach impacting any of the above information occur, we pledge to immediately contact affected users via e-mail. Such a communication may include the nature of the breach and the data compromised and how the breach occurred (once known). A notice will also be posted on the homepage of Arrow Safety Canada at: www.arrowsafetycanada.com
